Personal software? Microsoft Technet subscription for a few years at about $1600 a year.

Work related? I was once involved in the purchase of mapping databases back in 2000 that cost about $250,000 for California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.

Yes but food for a week only costs around £189 a week which usually leaves plenty of money left over.

plus for smokers usually costs around... 887 a week due to how greedy the government are (I've never smoked due to I hate the smell).

and car fuel, depending on how far you have to go a week, £50 to fill tank, usually lasts 3 days, which is then around £100 a week, add it all together its not that much really, plenty of money to spend on computers .

That is quite a food budget there. You spend almost as much every week on food that I spend in a month. I am feeding 5 people as well. And it isn't like we skimp on food here.
