Paid Subscriptions: What do you offer?

I'm thinking about trying out paid subscriptions, and I was looking for ideas about benefits to offer over my regular (free) membership.

So, what do you offer your paid subscribers to reward their support?

I have this option and when people make a donation, they can add a signature and have extra avatar and profile options.

On a couple of my small sites, I offer no ads... $2.00 a year and they can not view ads, as long as they are a member of the group outside the forums as well.

On vBFans we offer access to a marketplace where people can start new threads. And we offer access to premium forums so users can post in them, which also includes access to the market place then, and access to a prostyle for vbulletin.

Same here, for a small donation they don't see adverts also.

I sometimes give more options to forums, larger avatar sizes, profile pictures ect.

and sometimes free webspace..
