32MB? WOW now that is what I call slow.

I plan on getting a new MB soon along with new CPU, GPU, RAM, CASE, CAMERA

As mine is beginning to be way out of date, example: the AMD athlon x64 4000+ is so last year.

Tbh, 32 mb graphic's card is perfectly fine if you don't play high graphic games :P. Although I want to play high graphic games, which is why I hope to have a new PC in the end of June .

If you want a PC that will last you, why don't you create your own PC? this way you have the graphics card you need you have the CPU and everything perfect for your needs.

My Radeon 9200 series is good and I bought it for $5.00 new.

I am going to build my own later next year after amd quad is cheaper or see if intel can match it with something...

I have one computer that runs on liquid cooling system and tried a refrigeration method that I new ahead it was not going to work as is, but kept my processor at 5 °C even tried to overclock it. The condensation & power consumption was a problem. It was basically like liquid cooling and just I could not find a compressor small enough or have dry lines.

My Nvidia 6200 based card has a heatsink and fan. My wife's 6200 based card only has a heatsink. My SFF PCs use the 6100 LE embedded chip without fans. I doubt that my laptop has a fan on the GPU. All except the laptop have 256 MB of dedicated memory.

All of these machines work fine to play The Sims2, World of Warcraft, various other MMOs we test out, and Command & Conquer 3. Most other games are older such as WC3, C&C2, Red Alert and Starcraft. Most games that we have are on the three console machines.

Word of advice, if you want to play sims 1 do not get vista, I found this issue.

Also I think that your GPU in your laptop might have one because I've taken laptops apart and found 3-4 fans, and under them I've found the CPU & GPU.

Maybe.. I don't usually take things apart that I buy support warranties for though. If it is working, I don't really care. If it isn't, I send it to the support center.

Indeed, but I love to take things apart, when I was 2-3 I was taking my toy cars apart, when I was 5-6 I was taking my radio apart, which of course is how I learn, I learn by taking things apart, that's how I learned to build a PC.

I did the same thing 20-30 years ago. Now I don't have as much expendable time so I don't worry about it.

So you didn't find it easier not having to go out and get a job and just relax instead?

Only bad thing about growing up is school and being bullied.

                              Anyway, back to topic.
