        To show in your browser, add it to the bottom of your header template..

        To show up in your favorites, add it to the bottom of your headinclude template..

          Does any other part of that code need to be editted? Other then the example part I added it and it won't work, so I am wondering if I did it right.

            i had no issues with my favicon prior to upgrading to 3.6.5... and now it will not remain as i had designed the new icon.

            i tried this code... and now, it shows our custom icon- but only after it takes a bit longer to load a new page, and momentarily shows the default VB favicon (which i am pretty sure i stripped from any areas of my site...

            if it matters, this is what was there before:

            <link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" />

                Yeah, the icon address does not real. You should use your own one.
