I had to vote for the fourth option...

A couple of pages I visit regularly use Google Site Search but I don't visit Google Directly. The only Google owned page that I have visited directly in the last 8 months is Youtube.com. And then, I usually only follow links that others provide.

google.ca for me. I never use the search box in Firefox for some reason, I've always just loaded up the page of the site I want to search in.

I only use Google from my browsers' toolbar
Prefer google toolbar instead which auto-redirects to my country page

I still find the best results from google.com

I tried google firefox and dont seem to get the same quality results as i do from google.com.

I tried using the personalized page for a while but didn't like it at all at the end. Google.com bookmarked & put in the bookmarks toolbar of Firefox.
