modifyprofile

I have a question about "modifyprofile" and could not post in 3.6 forum "how do I?".

How do I make my active username "Allen" and "admin" that my board came with be the same? When I go to "modifyprofile" it has a big long code and I am not sure what to do next - as I do not want to mess things up.
