Problem with Page loading

Hi All,
I have a problem.
When i request a page like http://www.mydomain.com then sometimes its images,css are not loading properly and sometime it says
"Not Found
The requested URL /search.php was not found on this server." and when I refresh the page then it will come properly.

Can any one tell me please whats wrong going with that.
