Im looking at adding a Photo area in my site, I wanted to add somthing where users can add photos and other users can view. Somthing similar to webshots. Any suggestions??

Why not look into the options available over at vbulletin.org? That is assuming you have a vBulletin license.

There is a gallery mod called Photoplog (I think, not sure mind) that may do what you want.

There are some stickies over a vbulletin.org about how to match your forum account with you vbulletin license information.
