It was announced last week that it would go to 3.6.2 on friday - so if it runs today - not a big surprise

Seemed like it hardly took any time at all to upgrade the forum here! Very cool, maybe TTC won't take long yo upgrade either (and hopefully it doesn't show Powered by vBulletin 3.6.0 Release Canidate 3 again, weird bug..)
Was there any major changes I am not seeing?

It's not out yet, it will be in your admin panel. In the announcements and you'll even get a mail about it when it does get released.

A question just came to my mind.. how comes this forum does not close when upgrading to newer releases? At least at major upgrades when some table alternations has taken place (e.g. 3.5.x to 3.6.x)?
You're spending millions of dollars on a website?!
