changing Vbullten looks and feel

Hi guys, I new to vBulletin, i got a project, client want to integrate their website design into vbulltin forum that they going to purchase. So may i know template file that VBulltin use? And how do i change it, and what is the limitation to make changes on it?Need it urgently, thanks in advance
