What's the name of that one country

Can anyone recall the name of the "country" that is a very small island near the U.K. It is now used as a data center for highly sesnitive information I believe (Also some warez sites s thy don't honor copyright laws).

I've seen it around on the internet before and can't remember the name. I first heard about it on here.
