A lot of cool gadgets ($250,000+) have been presented in the last 24 months or so - medical wise, security wise, and graphic wise. I remember the digital canvas being one of them where you can draw on the screen.

We use something similar on our CCTV system at the hospital, it's great!

We can even rotate the camera in freeze mode and look at the back of someones head.....oh no, i'm thinking of Bladerunner....
