Links Directory for vBulletin?

I'm trying to build a new website based around a links directory.

Does anyone know of any specialist Link Directory scripts that will link in with vBulletin? Basically I want a script where registered forum users could submit links for the directory, and also a voting/comments system would be based around vBulletin members.
