Who is using vbulletin "as is" ?

And I don't mean "JUST add this and that" - no, I mean "AS IS"

That site has the bug tracker which is a non standard feature and therefore technically a hack.

Technically the bug tracker is not a hack. It doesn't touch vBulletin and runs in a totally seperate page. All that connects it to the forum is a link, and that is a standard feature.

You could probably say that about a number of "hacks" (any that use seperate files in fact).

I see a lot of forums using the default skin and no apparent hacks. As easy as vb is to skin, it makes me wonder why people wouldn't customize it a bit.
