test board with a test server move involved. then if it all goes well, I'll hang back till I get it how I want and then do the server move for my live site, upgrade, and that, but probably not till around beta 3 or 4

Test board so I can get used to it, toy with what does what where and how, etc... then place it on my live board after I made sure I made changes to my styles.

EDIT: I wish polls were AJAX'ed
Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

it does aye... I mean the bug tracker is packed, but there's only about 4 confirmed issues, and they are only minor...

                  bring on the public beta

Heheh, MS people are used to "stable" software anyways.
Personally, I'll go with a test-board for a while, then do atleast one of my sites.

When in doubt, give it a clout :D

I'll most likely wait for 3.6.x updates before putting 3.6 into a production environment.

Same here, being that my site is technical orientated.
