Ritterz, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
                    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
                    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
                    Thats what I get

You do know those could be forums from vBulletin 1.x and other stuff... after all, those are early forum numbers, not like the more recent ones who's numbers go into the 110+ range now.

The only unexplained non-permission errors that I know of are:
                      http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php
                      http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog/index.php

Plus, is there a real point to this thread?

I've tried .../vcms.php & cms.php to no avail so far.
You're spending millions of dollars on a website?!

Hmm, if anything, the CMS would be in it's own directory--not in a file.

So you're saying it wouldn't has an index file? No problem try vbulletin.com/vcms (or cms)/index.php?
