Where to sell .com domains?

Hello,

I own validhtml.com which I want to sell. What is the best place to do this?

I have registered it with a German company, might this cause any problems when I sell it to someone in the States?

I've sold domains to Germany only and there haven't been any problems and the new owner had to fax to my hosting company.

sedo.com (you can park the domain there and make money... and list it for sale)
