Moving Site

I have a reseller with a few sites on and I am now wanting to move to a new host

Can I move the site via has WHM/Cpanel as this is on both sites,

2 of the sites I need to move so would this also moved the database??

If this can be done does anyone have a step by step guide to doing this ??

I don't have telnet or SSh so they are not a option

Yes, it shouldnt be a problem. The database will transfer over also as far as i know.
