From what I've read on WebmasterWorld, eBay's adds appear when there is no other inventory to serve. It seems they have an arrangement with Google to do it dynamically; they don't actually run the AdWords campaigns in the way normal advertisers do by picking the keywords.Originally posted by Joe GronlundComment
