    Hey all!
    I purchased your product about 2 months ago and have been very pleased with it (Not that I wasn't expecting to be impressed)

    Well the problem, your site is treating me as if I am not a registered license holder! So I can't post on some forums, I can't view forums atc....
    How can I fix this? Oh and yea, I'm the owner of the license and my email is in the list (I used that email to register)

    So any ideas?

    You're showing up as a licensed customer, so .. seems to be ok. You still having posting problems and attachment download problems?

      I fixed it! I made my account here before I purchased vB and I just changed then reset my email address. It seems to be fine now

        Vbulletin allways are fast at support. Thats another reason why I like them.
