The documentation for Oracle can be viewed on-line at http://technet.oracle.com . You have to register, but it's free. You can also access their trial download area with the same login.
I'm starting to get problems with mysql on my boards now. It crashes once a month. The worst part is the length of time it takes to repair the tables. I'm guessing it will only get worse as the tables get bigger. I'd go to innodb, but I need to buy a bigger hard drive first. I couldn't believe how much extra space innodb needs.

Hmmm. The complete documentation for Oracle comes on several CD's... 10 if I recall correctly.
However you can get the gist of it from their reference CD which is only 492 megabytes. Don't think you can download it though.
Anyway, I have personal experience with Oracle, Sybase and Ms-SQL Server.
The query syntax for Sybase and MS-SQL Server are pretty much the same. However Oracle's is completely different.

I don't know of a site that does off hand. You could go to the home page for each database and scan the docs.

Is there any site that shows the differences in query syntax between the major RDBMS's(pgSQL,msSQL,mySQL,oracle, sybase).

Well I am hoping that perhaps there will be versions in the future for postgreSQL. I have been doing a lot of comparing and contrasting for which one is better.

I'm good at MS SQL (and have a license as well). I'm not a developer though.

I see the tide turning toward PostGreSQL every where I look/read, and therefore I think it should be a high priority for vBulletin developer's to make vBulletin support PostGreSQL.
