My prediction is that it will be first week of October. If things go VERY smoothly, end of September. But I feel that it will certainly be released before this year, even if security issues are found and tackled.

Yaa it's looking that way, early October for final, i really didnt think RC3 would be released this late, unless one of the dev's has been sick, or something came up that made them force a delay..
