Movable type iirc is a flat file blogging software.

Not sure since it went pay. I do think they still have a free version though

They all require mysql or sql or orcale databases

Where can I get a blog software script? or a simple publishing script, which is no way needed a database; something only requiring chmodding etc... can someone help me?
