Using on localhost

I couldnt find anywere else to post this so i decided to post here.

Is it allowed for me to install my vB licence on my website, and a secondary copy on localhost so each time i do modifications while im offline i can just upload changes, Is this allowed as i dont want to have to buy a secondary licence for running it on localhost

If you own a license you are allowed to install a test version for hacks, styles, testing of new features, as long as it is not pubicly accessable, this includes yourlocalhost.
