For sure a nice interview Kier.

Just 1 question, when did the interview take place? Would like to know because of the following quote:
Tell us something about yourself that we don't already know.

      I'm getting married next July.

I answered the questions at the weekend, and I'm actually getting married in June 2006. (July was an error, for which I'm sure I will pay...)

I was about to take the hit by saying it was an error on my part...

Best bit was when he talked about how they announce a new release and all get together online. Very formal. I always wondered about the release posts, if they wrote them all out first or something. Turns out they are simply moved from a private forum.

              Excellent!

We have to post the release announcement before it actually goes public so that we can get the post id, which becomes part of the softwareversion record in the vb.com database - you'll notice that if you click on the 'there is a new version available' link in your Admin CP it will redirect you to the release announcement via that post id

I always wondered how that part worked too.

                  Very interesting.

                  Keep up the great work.
