    Anyone dare to guess how much the congestion charge will be in 2012? It's already going up to £8!

    I've very surprised and happy that London won the bid. Since we were dubbed to be second after Paris, I assumed that was best-case-scenario and we would end up third, after New York or something. Well well well! What a shock.

    The Commonwealth Games in Manchester were a roaring success, so I hope we can do the same in London in 7 years time

    With us having won this bid, proper transport infrastructure will finally be put into place, so not only will it be easier to travel by public transport, the theory as i understand it will be that the new simplicity and ease of travelling will decrease the need for car journey's, coupled with the evident Congestion Charges and we should see a significant double figure decrease in road traffic (outside of courier work, etc).
