If you are using Adium, use this style for just the classic AIM display.

You can get a different style or edit the CSS for the message style.

Since we're just going A > B > A > B why don't you PM me your AIM account so I can IM you there?

Why can't any these protocols just use the

    Screen Name (time): message

    format?

Adium uses libgaim, and I tolerate Trillian on PC enough, I don't need it on my PowerBook. Adium works well for multi-protocol.

I'll try Adium because I despise iChat.

Yep, AIM's still being a worthless piece of garbage.
So stop using AIM and get Adium or use iChat.

I thought I deleted that post..

Anyway, I figured that out and am now transferring all my files to her computer .

Total it's going to take about 5 hours for 10.2 GB of data.

Create a user on her machine for you, then log in as yourself.

Actually, I just realized something after having typed a novel into the quick reply box. Just go to her computer, enable personal file sharing in the sharing preferences pane, and browse for her computer in your network selector thingy in Finder. You already have the network established, just re-share the internet after you reinstall Tiger after a format. *cough*

Manually set each IP address and then directly open her share in Finder by IP.
