A question for everyone here:
would you ban the IP address of public access terminals??
The reason I ask it is that I'm actually posting from one now, I'm on the move so I use them frequently...
I suppose there are advantages and disadvantages to banning public IPs.
Just a thought.
The problem with banning public computers is that there is ambiguity about whether a member is a banned user re-registered or a new member, or a troll - unlike a home or business ISP, you can't really be sure.
What does everyone think?
