That's the story of mine too!!
I've had nothing but problems with this computer right from the start. I've had to replace everything on my computer, besides the cd-rom and cdrw drives, my power supply (amazingly enough), my modem and my case.... Eveything else has been replaced - my motherboard, cpu and the original memory has been replaced 3 times... Lovely, huh...
Word from the wise... stay away from Gateway Computers... They're from the devil! LOL

^^ My gateway been running fine for 2 years..Only replaced my motherboard and modem..But its been quite smooth.
