Member Script Question

I have website. On this site, I want people to be able to register, and when they have registered they can access a simple account page which allows them to change password, email details etc and an unsubscribe mailing list button. I also want a simple admin panel which will allow me to send a html based email to all the members. Thats it, oh and a bit so i can delete manage members, simaler to the fhm.com system. But without asp.net

Any help will be great (if this aint the right place to post please excuse the thread)

May I reccomend looking at hotscripts.com ? I am also looking for something like this for my latest project, but also want a content posting system included and written in easy to read PHP so I can add custom code
