Yep. I swayed away from IE and am now using Microsoft Superfrog.

I have no clue, but I'd like to say that my forum encourages use of Firefox, so it might very well be more used than IE

No idea on my forum, but on one small site I recently put together Firefox was up to a third. The site waws just put up last month, so technically there has been no 'decline'.

My forum is mainly firefox users but this is mostly because we encourge them to use firefox all over the forums. For one of our skins we even use the firefox skin that was posted on this site.

My stats for December 2004 attached. My site is for web design so it's not surprising that there's a much lower number of IE users than most other sites.

My host installed awstats on the server on which my site is hosted in May of last year. Since then I've noticed a steady decline in Internet Explorer (a few percentage points a month) usage with the biggest drop being this month. This month Firefox users account for 11.7% of my site's visitors while IE users account for approximately 83% of my site's visitors down from about 96.4% in May of last year.

Just the idea being that the audience is more computer-oriented and more likely to recognize IE's flaws.
