Just one question about the rules, it says nothing like hacking. What about if they are talking about using hacks in online games and linking to them ect? Is that against the rules?

it is illigal to use the trainers in the online games, but not to distribute them. it aint warez either coz a guy creates a program and releases it himself. this isnt against the vbulletin license agreement. but you could try to contact the host coz most have a TOS which states that you cannot host trainers on your site.Originally Posted by Zachery

The sites distribute them as well as have guides on how to use them while playing. Many guides have been posted on how to create your own trainer or add commands so the game's own anti-cheat system will not function properely. I don't really want to have to take this up to the next level.Comment

You have no case.
For example, if EA Games were to host Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault servers instead of private people hosting them, you would. Essentially every gaming community has a cheating and anti-cheating community. If someone is using 'hacks' on your server to raise their own score or bypass your anti-cheat, then ban them and quit crying about it.

Think about this for a minute....
1. You can't ban a hacker, They bypass the WHOLE thing, anti-cheat, banning, kicking and every other form making them leave forcefully.
2. Every server has one (check by reading log files).
3. Using trainers on public servers are illegal violating the law of countries in which the server is hosted.Comment
