I have it installed and it is much better than Google's offering. Not only does it integrate into the Taskbar but it is available in Outlook and Windows Explorer. It doesn't rely on a hidden webserver and your web browser to show the results either. It has a popup window from your taskbar to show the results which are quite good in my opinion.

Will be keeping it on my PC and will be installing it on my other machines as well. Even though it does the same thing, I think it is a superior application than Googles and provides better features.
