As I'm sure, I renew my licence two monthes ago, I need a jelsoft member to write that it's a fake email. Well, the email was sent to my host, and i'm afraid they close my account.

    Thanks

It seems that our licensing department, picked up that the leased license was out of date which is why the e-mail was sent. He did not pick up that you had bought a new owned license. Apologies for that.

An e-mail has been sent to your host withdrawing the "take down" request and informing them of the error.

This incident clearly falls short of our normally high standards and steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again.

Please let me know if you have any further queries at [email protected]

Hey guys, you might want to edit the original post to remove any telephone numbers or emails identifying someone from your abuse team...
