Comcast Email

My sister would like a comcast email account she can configure in Entourage or Mail (on Mac OS X) so that it's not web-based.

The last I checked you need to call comcast to get an account, but can anyone else give me additional information? I searched their site and couldn't seem to find anything about getting a new account, only modifying an existing one.

I shouldn't HAVE to call though for something as simple as an email account. I'm trying to find another method that doesn't involve contacting them via the phone.
