Looks pretty good. What did you design them in ?

Draw them on paper in normal plain pencil (hoping to get some proper art tools soon though) then scan them in and trace over them in flash MX.

i like Flash because of the "real pen" style lines.

I am trying to get used to photoshop, but it just doesn't do it for me.

Photoshop was never designed to work with typically vector-art like comics. Illustrator is what you need for that However, flash MX does the trick no problems too!
