Yes you can upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.3. Just upload the files and run install/upgrade.php.

I think you could have held off and done more, wasn't it just released about a day before 3.0.3?

lol... Im glad I didnt upgrade to 3.0.2, I was smart and just applied the patch for now

I just finished the 3.0.2 upgrade yesterday. I'll do this one tomorrow.

Very little has changed between 3.0.2 and 3.0.3 - even those with extensive hacks should be able to upgrade in record time from 3.0.2.
