I have one in my siggy but I really haven't done much to promote it so noone really visits. It's been up since last November. I don't have any plans to ever close it though, lots of articles on it and info.

I used to run one but it closed down months ago.

It was www.teenadvicecenter.com and then www.talktoteens.com if those are the ones you'd recognize.

About 600 members and nearly 40,000 posts.

Yeah, it was without a server for a few months because I couldn't find another due to lack of funds, and when I *did* get it back up, I had domain issues, so no one could find it.... so it closed.

Hate to sound like I am promoting but my site has alot of members from other advice sites and has been they do a good job as far as input on issues go.

Anyway, you could try www.vTeen.com instead of www.govteen.com as GovTeen does have a lot of politics going on (I used to be a Diary Administrator there about 8 months ago, and I am still a frequent member) but I'm pretty sure the advice would be the same for either forum.
