That was a very good interview, by both the Admin Zone and Wayne. I had no clue that he was such a natural herb type of guy. Good luck Wayne.

On another note, I don't know who to ask, but the "article" script that you guys having at The Admin Zone; is it available to the community? I coded something very simmilar for vB2 and my community, but when vB3 came I got rid of it. If you wouldn't mind sharing, I would be happy to credit and even pay you.

Are there any herbs that help you stay awake in Chemistry class? I need some of them.

Our article script is a temp script while a more complete article script is completed...both created/coded by Logician and not available at this time. It uses forums to put the posts we choose into a different interface for browsing, "comments" into the original thread. Its a simple solution while the big article script is being coded.

If you are not ADHD, then your best best would be to work with siberian ginseng capsules and/or rosemary essential oil (mix with 1 tsp. of grapeseed, almond or olive oil first). You don't take the oil orally but through the skin. Simply drop a couple of drops on your skin and rub it in. You should actually cut back on the caffeine if you can as well, you will be more energetic without being dependant on it. In order to make studying easier, take Ginkgo Biloba and St. John's Wort capsules.

All of this should be found at your local health food store.

Sleeping aids are much more difficult as they can interact with other medications and even herbal sedatives can be addictive. Without a full background there isn't much that can be prescribed. I would suggest a tea of chamomile, catnip and peppermint though. These are generally mild and the peppermint would flavor it quite well.

There are other more powerful herbs as well but you should consult a herbalist before you take them so any interactions with commercial drugs can be determined.
