Like floris said, actually the ! mark is either custom done or has alot of effects added to it from a font.

It's not a font, it's custom made. That's probably why you couldn't find it.

Looks like a normal arial font to me in bold and set to strong, and then a layer blending effect applied to it. If that still makes it too light, then use arial bold font. The ! character is a layer that is on top of the text layer. and instead of the i it is a space. This way you can have a special effect like the ! mark.
That isn't a font at all - just photoshop skills '
