    I took some pictures on this year's motor classica in essen (germany).

    Here are 4 very nice ones. The last one is a mercedes 300 SL 'gullwing'.

    The E55 AMG is a not the same as the S55 AMG, SL55 AMG, or CL55 AMG. Base price is $80,000, although MB options add up *very* quickly...

    Damn - surely they are not that cheap in the US? THey are about 110,000 uk ponds here - that is about $160,000. Are you sure about that price?

    The SL55 AMG is very very unreliable though and has also been voted the top gay car in the world.

    You guys have listed some nice cars, no doubt, but you've missed the boat. For cars less than $100,000 it's the Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG. For price no object cars, the Porsche Carrera GT (605 HP, V10 engine) is the stuff dreams are made of...
