Best Version of mIRC?

I remember using mIRC a while ago, and I used Addict III and thought it was great. Does anyone have any good versions of mIRC that you would recommend?

mIRC is just a windows client to connect you to an IRC server, there are tons of IRC clients out there

Everyone will tell you a different story. It really comes down to personal preference (how you want it to look, which functionality should it have etc.).

I personally loved 6.03 the best, although it has a major security hole in it which can allow others to shut down the program. So, it's safest to use the latest version for a trouble-free IRC chatting experiance.
