        Remember folks, this is only open to those in the industry (entertainment, DVD, gaming, web authoring for a known company - sorry no freelancers, programming, etc). No one under 18 is allowed.

                E3 admission has become pricier and pricier each year .... I attended it four years in a row until 2003... unless I get a free pass from a friend of mine in the gaming industry, I'll take a raincheck on this one too

                  to be honest game dev companies want to see your work not qualification. i so far know two people at two diff companies that work for one eurocom ( die another day/ buffy etc ), he programs code behind games and threewave ( mapper ), he well... maps.
                  so concentrate on your engines in your spare time more than your classes.
