But you can do something similar this function on IE by changing stylesheet.

I changed the setting, so try it out now.
Here's a little HTC script you can incoroporate into your page so IE supports better. It's not complete yet, but works wonderfully for what's implemented already.

It may take a time to figure it out for me.
I'll report later what's the wonderful. Good to know.

So in order to use CSS2/3 you want to send a 50k-ish file every time an IE user downloads a page? That seems like a waste.

I'd rather show IE users a less attractive layout than pay for their lack of a decent browser with my bandwidth...

                      Excellent!

I am working on something equally strange so don't think I took your idea, but that is very nice work.

No, as that file will be cached by the user after the first page view. Secondly you can always just cut out everything you don't need from it.

Thanx so much. I'm very happy. You make me even more determined to win.
It may hasty attempt I am also working another style. This is a sample.

This uses css's overflow function. No html changed.
                              Iframe? what's that?

note. IE is the only browser that supports mouse wheel scroll in overflowed space I think.

I plan this style to make user selectable of cource.
And this is the real style of skelm.com.

                              I couldn't figure it out!
I see there is really not much that I can do.
