  • Free Spam Control for Outlook 2003?

Recently I have been getting an increased amount of spams with viruses as the attachments originating from btopenworld.com ISP. I have reported it but they seem to do nothing. I am not familiar with rules to block everything from btopenworld.com I want to know what are some good spam filtering or some sort of way to block these emails?

I am thinking of subscribing to CloudMark SpamNet. Anyone have opinions on this or other programs that are really cheap?

Spambayes is free and requires a little training. I know that Kier and Mike also use it.

How do I get Outlook to recognize headers mainly regarding ISPs? I am also seriously considering Cloudmark SpamNet, I am going to use the trial and see.
