Quick question for all you computer experts.....I'm not one.
I work for a non-profit and we try to save money anywhere we possibly can. We have a laptop, about 3 years old and we don't want to buy another one at the moment. It has a very small harddrive, 6 GIG, but for our application we don't need a huge one. The drive is partitioned with one of them only holding system files. But there is about a GIG left over on the partition. Will it cause any problems for me to use the remainder of this partition for program or data files? Oh, I haven't tried to write any data to the partition yet. Am I wrong to assume I can even do this? Oh, it's WinME. (yeah I know
) Thanks!
PS..... Does anyone know of organizations who donate computers to non-profits??????????
