Considering the site is Webhostingtalk.com, and seems centered around their forums, it seems silly to think they are just announcing it as though it were new.

    Just my .05(inflation )

Couldn't it just be that they are featuring discussions on PHP???

Well if you're running a gaming site, you would write something like "please visit our gaming forums".

Actually they just have a 'Programming Forum'.

But it says "forums", not "forum". So i'd assume that they are talking about the whole thing.

If you take a look at the forums within WHT, you will see they have a PHP programming forum.

Maybe they mean that the forums are made with php.

started a topic php.net "now featuring php forums"

    php.net "now featuring php forums"

On www.php.net, you will see that on the right it says "Now featuring php forums" on the WHT ad banner.
I think this is wrong. It should say "Now featuring vBulletin forums written in PHP"

This thread probably could be considered useless but i just found it a little annoying that they have to imply that PHP created the forum.
