Developer options in options of admincp

I don't find to activate the dev.-options ( like described here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blogs/joe-d/3932614-)for admincp. Could anybody help me?

Debug mode needs to be on, in both the frontend and backend configs. Please understand enabling debug mode should never be done in a production environment. Some of the settings exposed in debug mode, if altered incorrectly, can cause your forums to not work correctly.
