Can anyone give a suggestion where I can get a techy skin

Hey,
Im looking for a light skin for my site, www.Hosting-Talk.net
I would like something professional looking and would prefer expanded (100%) over fixed.
It also has to be designed well to allow a banner in the header so it doesnt ruin the layout for members with small screens/res.
Im willing to spend up to $40 for a skin.
Hope someone can help out
