And it is almost impossible to get those sites down.
They don't obay any rules. We (digikitten) tried to do it with a chinese friend in china, and the hosting company just says, f*ck off :/

Must have been only recently... they ripped one of our skins as well. Have seen a heap of links in our referer logs from a thread on that forum.

Since they're in China, its almost impossible to get them for copyright infringement - because China has different copyright laws then the US/UK, etc. Basically anything international is free game, but if its copyrighted in China, then its illegal.

I don't think they're totally down... I think that page is a total facade. They're probably open for business... just at a different location (or a different directory on their site).

Might I ask who asked you to leave that? I'd really rather it not be left as it's just a way for this guy to still get what he wants.

I really doubt anyone will contact him from that site now, seeing as the amount of posts that say that hes a ripper.
